  • NanoSky is a supplier of additives that can be used in protection against fire and surface protection, for example. NanoSky customers receive the additive they need that they can then process themselves on site (for example with their own products).
  • NanoSky also regards itself as an "Enabler", as a business that draws up ideas for solutions to improve products on demand from industry (research and development).
  • NanoSky is also a supplier in the field of soil consolidation (e.g. of NTS, NanoSky Safe and Drain). In this sector, however, NanoSky also offers a business model that is already being put into practice in a number of countries, is being negotiated or has been "reserved" in others. Here the concept is to establish a project partnership with territorial boundaries.
The aim of this type of project partnership is set outlined below:
  • The integration of a local partner, who should be interested in long-term cooperation, allows a stronger, more intensive presence and an efficient marketing that takes account of the different cultural and legal conditions in the respective country.
  • Since NanoSky technologies also need to satisfy the local legal and local authority requirements, we are looking for partners who not only have professional expertise in their respective field (e.g. soil consolidation or fire protection), but who also have experience with the relevant authorities.
  • A project partner of this kind should also be financially and commercially able to assist NanoSky in a (territorial) start-up phase of this nature within the framework of a partnership of the type described above.
  • We are particularly looking for locally-based companies who have at least local significance in their field of business.
  • A project partnership of this kind can offer numerous advantages for local partners:
As well as preferential terms on the procurement of NanoSky products and - in addition to the agreement of exclusive licences with territorial boundaries -, whole or partial local production can be agreed for the project company’s licensed territory following a period of successful collaboration.
